Field Group now included in Core

Backdrop 1.35.0 includes the Field Group module. For existing sites that have upgraded from a previous version of Backdrop, this module can be enabled to use its new functionality. This can be done by visiting the modules page (admin/modules), and checking the box for Field Group.

Switching from Contrib to Core Field Group

If your site previously was using the contributed module version of Field Group module (available from GitHub), the old contrib module will override the core version. Remove the contrib module on your site, clear cache, and it will use the core version. The core Field Group module and the latest 1.x-1.7.0 version of the contributed Field Group module are identical.
